Shipping Policies.

Most orders for in-stock products ship within two business days. Order status information may be monitored through the My Account section of this site. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.

Products are shipped from Shanghai, China via international express delivery services.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Average delivery times: 5-10 business days.
Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and order weight. You can calculate the total shipping costs at any time by adding items to the shopping cart.
We do worldwide shipping.
We do not ship to PO or APO boxes.
We cannot ship mails without a contact phone number!

We are not responsible for the customs fee and the taxes at buyer’s country. Buyer has to handle it according to your country’s policy.

Shipment of items paid via echeck will be delayed until the check clears–typically 5 to 7 days.

Multiple Product Orders

Our shopping cart will automatically combine multiple item orders in order to save you money on shipping costs.

Shipping Tracking

Once the order is shipped an e-mail notification will provide you with a tracking number, which will allow you to check on the shipping status of your order. If you want to check on your information after making a purchase, just sign in (log in). Once you log in, you can view your order status. Tracking information is available 24 hours after shipping.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt, and items must be in new condition. We are not responsible for incoming freight charges and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact us directly if your country is not in our shipping zones, which you do not get a shipping cost when you check out.
